Logging workouts as 1 calorie...

So the truth is, I have no idea how many calories I burn per workout since I don't have an hrm(which I really don't even know the accuracy of such) and I rarely use machines during this phase. My guessing could potentially get me in big trouble so I've decided to log each workout as a single calorie. That way, I have no calories to potentially eat back but it's logged so that I know on what days I did what. My diet is good and I weigh everything, but the guessing on the burns have not been accurate. Has anyone else done this and achieved better results? I personally think it's brilliant.

I calculated my TDEE, switched my MFP calorie goal to reflect a deficit off that and then log my exercise as 2 calories.2

When I bother logging exercise I do it that way. I set my activity to sedentary and let Fitbit tell me when I'm more active. I know Fitbit isn't perfect, but I'm at the stage where I don't need to be super accurate. I eat back some to all of my calories depending on hunger. Hasn't hindered me yet!1

I log my exercise as whatever my treadmill says. But I never eat back any of my calories so no risk in over eating. I have found it pretty accurate if I count back a week. 1000 calories a day deficit between exercise and regulat restriction. Losing about 2 lbs a week.1

Awesome! Sounds like a plan. I will hopefully be down 10 lbs in the next couple months! Yahoo!0
