Chinese or Vietnamese?

Hi I'm going out for dinner tonight and I'm not sure which would be a healthier option. Chinese or Vietnamese.
At the Vietnamese restaurant I'll most likely have the lemongrass and chilli tofu or chicken, or the prawn fried rice noodles or the lemongrass and chilli chicken on rice vercimilli
At the Chinese restaurant I'll most likely have the mapo tofu, or the wonton soup or some fried noodles/rice or some dumplings.
Which is a healthier choice?

Each has its own healthy options. I usually get chinese chicken and broccoli, sauce on side so i can add little amounts, steamed brown rice, steamed veggie dumplings or wonton soup

Healthy depends on your available calories. Personally I'd go with the Vietnamese food because I like it better. Could totally go for some pho and spring rolls right about now. The lemongrass chicken is dope too w/ rice..

mmm.. wish there was a spot near me.

I'd definitely go Vietnamese. Bun (rice vermicelli) with grilled shrimp is about 450 calories in the mfp database and it's delicious. Tons of veggies too. It's easy to avoid fried food with Vietnamese.

I would go with Vietnamese. Something like pho/vermicelli in soup with shredded chicken meat/shrimps. They normally have some salad like green papaya/cabbage/bean sprouts with a light sweet sour vinegar dressing. YUM!
