Taken about a year apart. We've been at it for about 8 months now. Slowing down a bit but we have both lost around 85-90 pounds each. xzjhuawh191k.jpeg

We gained a few back after the cruise........but it was fun.

    Great job!! My husband and I are on this journey together and it's been such a blessing. Best part is my 6 year old doesn't remember a time when we didn't workout and eat well.
