Ok so I fully understand weighing my food, that's the easy part.
The part I can't find anything on is how much of what I should eat. Proteins, Carbs and fats.
I'm not trying to bulk up. I would like to lose weight and have definition.

Have you created the goals on your account yet? I would just start with the default macros. You will go through a learning curve. As you become more comfortable, experient with your macros. What satiates you more? For many, it's protein and fiber. For some, it's carbs. Find your balance.

    Best of luck!

If you want to have definition on your muscles, you need to hit the gym. A good protein intake would be .8 - 1 g of protein per pound of body weight

Mfp numbers aren't a bad starting point... or a lot of people use ratios closer to 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat
