Can anyone help me out with a diet plan that I can use to get started? I'm 173cms tall and weigh 93 kgs so I'm looking to lose it sooner rather than later

Please don't think of this is a diet or a diet plan. To succeed you have to approach it as a lifestyle change that's going to become part of your daily living for the rest of your life. Also this isn't an instant gratification process. It didn't take you a short time to gain all that weight so don't expect to lose it right away.
Just use the mfp calculator to determine your daily caloric intake and how determine how much you want to loose per week.
Also you don't have to give up anything it's just a simple matter of eating less calories a day than your body Burns0 -

Ive lost about 20 kg in the past but gained it all back so I know I can do it I just need be persistent0 -
Use the food diary to record everything you eat. Once you see what you are doing to yourself you'll figure out what works for you to do a better job of food selection.0
