Hello everyone, I would like to have some friends on this app - I currently have zero )
Been using myfitnesspal for almost 4 weeks and I track my food 6-7 days a week in much detail as well as track my exercise and weight loss progress. Doing 1200 kcal a day + 1 cheat day a week, I work out 3 days a week in a gym & try to add more cardio outdoors at least on 2-3 days.
I have *no* idea how to add people so if you are savvier than moi, I'll gladly accept invites etc. Unless you are a spambot. Then please ignore me0 -

I could always use more freinds ! It helps me keep on track. I joined mfp a few years ago and got to my goal weight of 167lbs and felt great. Stopped using mfp and stepped on a scale on March first , weighed in at 214. I was shocked. Currently down again to 177 and I would like to get to my goal weight and stay there this time haha.1
