    cut out processed foods! the program I use also cuts out dairy for the first month at least. :)

    Sounds rough but I am trying to quit pop so I could try that and get tips from anyone that wants to keep a friend on the path lol! I am tired of complaining or I'll start tomorrow and it's a vicious cycle. So thanks for the tip

    Start off small, take baby steps, and don't dramatically change your diet all at once, good luck.
