Maintaining my weight

I am a recovering alcoholic and I use mfp just like I use meetings. I need to be accountable. I've just had a holiday and gained 7 pounds and I'm working like crazy to get them off. I don't like feeling large or bloaty or my clothes being tight. I bought pretty well a new wardrobe as I lost 30 pounds and it came off everywhere so nothing fit. I refuse to go back up. So, I live very rigid when I'm trying to lose, follow, and chart every time something goes in my mouth. Routine is essential for me and also works great for me. Im going to keep with mfp and not fool around. I've worked too hard to gain it back now.

    Sounds like you will lose it again quickly. Remember that some of that weight may be water weight from extra salt or travel. Good luck!
