5k walk question

I hear people talking bout 5k walks, I know I can't run them but I would be interested in trying to walk one. Anyone in the Phoenix area know of any 5k walks?

    Not in the Phoenix area. Just do a search on google, or any search engine and you an find them. Most 5K runs also include walkers. Just pick one and go for it.

    arizonaroadracers.com has a list of quite a few. I'm thinking of doing the July 4 event in Peoria. There is also a July 16 event in Tempe if you're on that side of the valley.

    Most 5ks have a bunch of walkers.

    Great if you're thinking about walking a 5k. Just be sure to line up for the start at the very back so you don't get in the way of people running.
