Recipe of factors = weightloss sucess

So far I've lost 1St11lbs with a combination of factors. Here they are..

Calorie Counting.. no 1.

Choosing slow release foods.

Taking multivitamins & minerals, in particular, I've found Magnesium Cirate amazing. It helped me curb my sugar and chocolate cravings and I don't even have a taste for them anymore.

Make exercise part of my daily thing, same as getting dressed, brushing my teeth, etc... if u do it daily as a routine, you don't think about it, you just do it.

Increasing weight training, strengthening exercises.

Water... lots of water.

Sleep.. as much as you can, 8hours is plenty.

Think long-term why you want to lose it. Picture yourself in ten, twenty, thirty years time. How fit will you be? How healthy will you be? How you can avoid illnesses by maintaining good diet & exercise.
