Can anyone tell me how I sync my ipad with my phone so I can see everything I entered via my phone app on my ipad app

  Mine does automatically. Make sure you are signed in correctly.

  I'm definitely signed in correctly.
  Do you think uninstalling it from the ipad then reinstalling will work ?
