    Cut a slit into a chicken breast, stuff with cheese, wrap in bacon and bake in the oven.

    Cream cheese pancakes - 2oz cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of baking powder. Mix in blender/magic bullet and cook in pan.

    Deli meat roll ups with cheese - add mayo to up the fats. Add a pickle on the side for electrolytes.
