Staying focused and losing the last 10 lbs...

I have reached a point where I feel damn good... I've lost 40 lbs afterall...
But I really want to lose 10 lbs more... I've still got a fair amount of fat around the tummy, my % body fat is 36% so I'm not 'skinny'... another 10 lbs would put me in the right place.
I know all of this, however, it's usually at this point where my resolve starts to fall apart, I start to have these conversations in my head where I tell myself that I look great, that this weight is good enough... I should stop losing weight and just be happy...
But you see, I've lost this same 40 lbs about 3 times in the last decade... and I always seem to get to this exact point, get complacent and low and behold, a couple of years later I've slowly put it all back on...
But I really want to lose if for the last time.
If you can relate, please add me as a friend and let's be that support and motivation for each other! I know we can do it!

Hi there! I am with you. I have 5 to go and man it is a slow road. I am completely committed no matter if it takes weeks or months. I've got the time. My main challenge is fighting my weekly food party during which my brain tricks me into eating away my deficit and slowing things down considerably. I am motivated by thinking maintenance is around the corner, then I get a bit extra!2

I'm about 10-15 lbs from where I want to be , I never really was in a strict diet persay but I'm am trying my hardest now and avoiding all the junk , eating more fruits and veggies... I have a bad day but always pick back up the next day ... I've lost 8.9 so far and hope I see that # going up ☺️
