Need to lose at least thirty pounds please help

Just stick to your calories and you'll see the pounds drop off, try to eat healthy food and do a bit of exercise, walking maybe.0

Caloric deficit and use the app to track your caloric intake. Also get a food scale if you haven't already have one!

You can do it!! Log everything you eat, weigh things (I personally don't weigh everything, only high calorie or "danger" foods for me Such as pasta bread rice etc).
Increase fruits and veggies and foods that will keep you full for longer. You can do it!1 -

Weigh everything you consume
Measuring cups for liquids only
Log everything here on mfp
Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit. So you need to eat less then you burn1
