I am happy to find you guys, assuming I am even in the right place! I relate to so much of what I am reading. So, my goals for June are to get back to logging my food, stay consistent with exercise , and in general ignore my first hundred thoughts. Marcie from PA

    Good luck just logging your food is a great start it makes you realize what your eating . I try and do it at each meal as this scares me into eating better next time.
