attack of the baby belly!!!

I had my little girl 11 weeks ago and after gaining 70lbs during my pregnancy. I've managed to loose 30. What are good workouts to help burn off these love handles!?

  • I have had 5 children in 6 years and thought I'd always have a "belly" of sorts. I've been encouraged by "shreddingit"s posts and pictures! She has done mfp consistently along with Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and has had amazing results! I'd say if this is your first baby, hang in there....it'll slowly but consistently come off probably on it's own. If you've had more than one, it might take a little more work, but it is definitely attainable. Enjoy your baby and don't freak out about the weight loss. Be conscientious but not obsessive. : D

    Cardio! It's just a bunch of built up fat and the best way to burn fat is to just get to exercising! :)

    I have had 3 kids in 4 years so I've got me some love handles as well,, just had my daughter 5w 3 days ago and am starting P90x Tomorrow.
  • P90x did wonders for me pre baby lol good luck! And I thought the elyptical would be my best shot
