Hi I'm Stacy from Ohio. I want to lose 100lbs. I started in mid January and am down 40lbs. it's hard, food is good and sweating at the gym is not my idea of fun. But I know it's the only way to go.

Hey I've got a similar goal. I started at 269 and I've lost about 37 pounds since then. My sort term goal is 200 pounds, but I am planing on getting below 170 eventually. I think when I get to 200 I'll start trusting my eye a little more than the scale. Add me if you want.1
