Hello - I have been on and off doing weight watchers - now tracking my diet and fitness with My Fitness Pal - 1200 cal per day - recently joined the gym again - I have health issues and can only do treadmill or seated bike... But that's better than nothing!! Needing lots of support - I'm on lots of medication which hinders weight loss but still trying to be healthy

Hi, you can achieve whatever you wish in this world (realistically speaking).
You're on lots of medication which hinders weight loss and have health issues....you can still do it, I believe you can and deep down so do you! Take all the good feelings and energy and put it into working out (what you can do) and eating properly.
You say it's better than nothing....heck it's way better than nothing! You can do it, I believe you can and deep down so do you.
