Ok, I've been on MFP since January and right now I'm on the precipice of 30lbs, good huh? I know it IS, but I feel like there should be more by now. Now, I know that I'm better off if it comes off slowly, but it has nearly completely halted.

I have lost only around 10-12lbs since the beginning of April....I feel like I've just reached a standstill. And, sadly, that's about the time I started moving more. Ok, I realize that it was sort of shock to my system and all that and my body is getting used to it. Also, I have to remind myself that with my back condition (I have scoliosis that limits my movement) and on again off again bum knee I can't do what others are doing. I am not permitted to run, jump and basically do anything with a lot of jarring motions.

Currently, I try to walk outside 3 days a week (at minimum,) roughly 3 miles each time, plus I do a lot of Leslie Sansone walk dvd's. Usually I do a dvd (anywhere from 25-45 mins) everyday that I'm not walking, maybe taking one off. I eat roughly 1300 calories a day.

What can I do to start seeing more results? Anyone?

I still have about 40lbs to go to reach my goal, I wouldn't have thought that I'd be plateaued just yet.

I dont have the answers for you but I wanted to congratulate you on your success this far! I wonder if your body has become used to the workouts that youre doing and therefor the muscles arent being taxed in a new way? Not sure how you could change it up in your home but thats the only thing I could think of.

Start eating most of your exercises calories back. Have a little more protein, lower fat (mainly saturated fat). You can customize your setting (goal) to have a little higher % of protein and lower the fat.

I don't know if my body has become used to the workouts, and I honestly don't know what else I can do since I'm limited.
