Has anyone tried this to burn fat? I am thinking about but don't know I want to put more chemicals, I take lots of Meds for back.

    The endless search for a magic pill to enable weight loss is the reason we have an endless search for weight loss itself.

    The answer is CICO. It might not be as sexy and idea as a magic pill, but it actually works.

    Ok New to this diet stuff, gained 30 lbs over winter. What is CICO, it is probable something I have heard before.

    CICO = calories in, calories out. Weight loss occurs when you consume (CI) fewer calories than you expend (CO).

    cico = calories in calories out.
    take in fewer calories than you use up and you will lose weight
