    Do you already have gym clothes and shoes? A schedule time table which includes grocery shopping and food prepping? Yoga mat at home? A workout buddy? If you have all or some you're already motivated you just need to stop finding excuses and get out and be active. If you desperately need a lifestyle change you find the motivation. If the weather is bad find videos on YouTube fitness blender, gymra and there's lots more

    I have been taking progress photos of myself to keep me motivated. Even the smallest changes in how I look make me want to stick with it.

    log your meals. like it can make you feel like you're achieving something every time you do it because it reminds you of what you're trying to do and that is to get healthier and logging your meals every time will do that

    1. Find a reason why you want to lose weight, it helps if you have a reason to want to lose weight.
    2. Find a workout routine that works for you, weights, cardio, yoga, ect.
    3. Sign up for a Local Charity event, 5K, 10K, something like that. Give yourself time to train for it, and stick to the training program at hand.
    4. Find like minded people. Facebook, Instagram, MFP, Google Plus and keep pushing each other.
    5. Track your work outs. Weights lifted, time splits and look back at the improvement to keep pushing forward.
    6. Find an Account-A-Buddy. Someone to hold you accountable. Someone to go run with, someone to cycle with. Someone to do yoga with...
