I'd like to have some people added to see their updates in my feed to help keep me motivated!

I am aiming to lose between 50 and 70 pounds.

I'm a Stay At Home Mom and the only time I have yo work out is when hubby gets home.

Ive been sticking to healthier eating and regular, tough, 1 hour workouts.

    I've about 40ish now, but was around 70 at the start

    hardest part I think is staying there and resisting the temptation to over eat and binge eating etc

    Hi, I am a mum too that seems to work out late in the evening. Working out with weights and on focus T25. Looking to add more friends too :smile:
