I started MFP at 194. I didn take a "before" picture till I was 184 in January

Then I took one at 177 in April

And again last Saturday at 172. Idyll need to lose 30 pounds but I think the changes are pretty noticeable. I'm 5'4"

    The pants still fit. I just have to pull them up occasionally. They're pretty old at this point but I'm holding on to anything that stays up till the last possible second. The shorts in the most current picture are not good for exercise; they fall down every five seconds!
