    Aww thanks guys I was pretty bad for fizzy pops so I guess switching to water as helped too but trying to keep as active and exercise when I can xx

    Aww thank you guys! All I been doing is cutting out fizzy drinks which I was obsessed with changed to water,, cutting out takeaways, and doing abit more running only round living room, and 30 day sit up app, xxx

    Awwww really thanks guys the only reason I say a little Change is because I only lost 5lbs on the scales as the scales stayed the same for a couple of weeks so must be inches off
