    Detoxes and cleanses are not, in reality, a thing. If your liver and kidneys can't get it out for you, you should be in a hospital.

    It's a waste of money and time in the short term, and these supposed "miracle products" can be hazardous to your health. You lose real fat by being in caloric deficit. You can do that free right here, eating actual food.

    Oh snake oil salesmen, don't claim another victim! If something really helps people lose weight, it would be all over the news. MLMs are designed to do one thing, sell you high priced things you don't need in order to make people at the top of the pyramid rich from your continually crushed dreams.

    I did it in January. Lost a stone easy then stayed same for over a month. I now swim and do MFP and have lost more than that. It's a quick fix not realistic.

    Oh wow... I had no idea Juice Plus was still around. I remember when my mother bought it for me as a kid hoping that it would solve my high cholesterol and hidradenitis issues... It didn't get my vote then and I wouldn't vote for it now. I feel like life is so much better when you consume the real fruits and vegetables and not some "capsule equivalent". Good luck OP!
