i'm having a problem. i've lost 10 pounds. and i look smaller all around, but i'm still flabby. i'm 123 now, my SW was 133. i do cardio every day, (HIIT) i run, i lift weights, pushups, situps, and i eat healthy, i get negative numbers in the protein. i don't understand why i'm not starting to see muscles and my belly fat is the same as it's always been. (from 3 months ago when i started) and it's really making me mad because i want abs, not flab. :( help? like my stomach hasn't changed AT ALLL. :(

I'm by now means an expert but I have always been told you have to eat protein to gain muscle. My friend Nichole who's story is very similar to yours has been having the same problem. She started Bikini Body Bootcamp and it is helping with the skin issue. In her words "my arms looked like runny playdough."
  • I agree, you need protein.
