Sorry if this is something that has been asked before of if I'm just being a dweeb - but how do I log situps? What do I put in the weight/reps sections? Do i put my body weight ? Orr?

When I log something that isn't on "the list" of workouts (30DS for example), I just create it. When you put in something like 30DS that isn't in the list, at the bottom you can "add exercise to database".

Then I log what my HRM said for calories burned. This way I can still log calories burned with MFP and know exactly what workout I did.
