You look fabulous! Great Job and transformation! How tall are you? We have similar stories I think but I started at 245 (size 20) in July 2015 down 73 pounds so far so now I am 172. For my frame it puts me in a size 10 but like you I still have more I want to lose but it is much slower now! I want to get to 150!
We can do this!!6 -
I am 5'3"
It definitely gets harder (I think) to lose as you get closer to your target weight.
I just try to not let the "not so good" weeks get me down and stop me from pushing forward3 -

Agreed! There is a post I just recently read (as in last week) that really freed me! It was on the General Health tips and info board on MFP. It was two actually.
One was about plateaus and the true definition. I have used that word if I don't lose any weight for maybe two or three weeks but after this article I can see that I wasn't actually plateauing ... Which leads to the other article. It discusses that contrary to true believ weight loss is not consistent (i.e 2 pounds every week or any pounds every week). It basically a showed an example progress entry and how it is perfectly normal to have times you don't lose but if it is a true lifestyle change you will continue your consistency and eventually you'll see a loss if you are truly losing weight. And it lasts longer!
So hang in there! We got this- one Pound at a time! Look at how it added up!! I told myself if I never lose another I am so grateful for the progress made this far!
Thanks for the friend request I am ashamed to say I couldn't figure out how to send you one from my phone lol. Great minds think alike!7 -

You look amazing! Congrats! Very inspirational, I'm a shorty too at 5'1", I'm so looking forward to being a success story too. Thanks for sharing.1

That's quite an accomplishment. Fellow shorty... I'm 5'2 and a half and a little stuck around 136-137. Also going the slow and steady route. But in realty I'm not doing a whole lot this spring.. been coasting...not logging all the time or exercising much... just looking at success stories for a motivating story. I guess it's a good time to get it together and get the rest off. After all the struggle is real for all of us.1
