My name is Natalie and I'm new to this community. My 30th birthday is coming up this month and so I've decided to change my lifestyle. I'm a full-time employee, a graduate student, and a single mother. I'm not entirely unhealthy, but my lifestyle has changed. In 2013, I lost 20 pounds from hard work and dedication. Unfortunately, over the course of this past year, I've found myself revisiting those 20 pounds again. So, I'm hoping this app will really make me rethink what I eat and how I exercise.
