Raw Fruits & Veggies for a week?

Apparently if you eat only "negative calorie" fruits and veggies it is a major weight loss win. The article I read said you can't eat any junk food with them or it negates any loss. They will all be organic and whole. Any thoughts on this? Has anybody tried it?

I've heard of it being done in order to make your body "reprogram" after that week but I have no friends that used it or any experience myself... I would try it, though0

If you only want to do it for a week I recommend a juice fast the only thing is for the lbs to stay off you need to add allot more raw foods to your diet after and you have to be a vegetarian other wise your efforts will be watsed.0

Fruits and veges only for a week will induce weight loss mainly with muscle loss due to lack of proteines in the diet. Proteines are needed for metabolics process and the body will take it were it can find it, in your muscles.
