Hi!
I just can't seem to get myself back in the zone and back on track with my eating and exercise! I'm getting so frustrated with myself it's ridiculous!

What kind of stuff do you guys do to remotivate yourselves?

Find what motivates you and the reason as to why you want to get back on track. Finally I just said to myself that enough is enough and I need to be healthier for my 4 year old...Also, if you'd like, you can add me and we can support each other.

Sometimes when I struggle with motivation, I give myself a break and eat at maintenance. As a teacher, and the end of the school year, I recently did this. I just recommitted yesterday and have been doing decently. It just helps reset the mind sometimes.

Make small changes first. Maybe commit to logging before adding exercise back in. Or figure out an active activity you would like to add into your daily routine. Just remember, one step at a time. You're already on a good start by identifying the problem.

I'm a teacher too! After all the stress surrounding GCSE exams and the wind down of the school year I'm just letting things slack. I usually find the rigid structure of the day/week helpful so I have to focus on making sure food/exercise is incorporated into my planning for the week again.
