Hard time staying on track and encouraged, new to the discussion boards

I have been on and off myfitnesspal for the past year. I am over fifty, female, overweight, not athletic, struggle with staying positive and making friends. I struggle to stay consistent with fitness activities ( I do some swimming, bike riding, fitness videos), I have a fitness coach I talk to once a month due to my husbands job benefits. So, I have some tools I can use. Still struggle with sticking to it and becoming discouraged, especially since I am having trouble getting weight off and back pain is discouraging. Thought it might help to try the support discussion boards, not totally sure how to connect up with people on them.
