    Hi I'm on the the wls pathway in the UK we have to do 12 months of weight management before we get funding for the surgery I'm 4 weeks into doing a calorie controlled diet with the help of my fitness pal.and I be lost 1 and a half stone so far. Good luck and add me if you like
