So just signed up and hopefully keeping a food diary helps, I eat healthy meals and work out a lot but it is just my snacks. I have Ibiza booked in July so need to look good on that beach. And tips/advice

    well the app is a tool. the success comes from within. #poeticandcorny however its true. decide to learn the app and use it come hell or high water. get a goal, weigh...yes weigh you food and don't rely on labels and dont stop..ever.

    Make sure your calorie deficit is reasonable (just based on your profile pic, 0.5-1lb per week is probably appropriate for you), eat enough to support your workouts, be consistent, and use your calories on food you really, really want. Get enough protein and lift some weights to get better body composition. Good luck!
