I really try to stick to fruit when that sweet tooth hits me or even sometimes like a nice greek yogurt that's low on cals. I like the oikos brand a lot had it a min ago with some raw fresh mango.0

Grapes, 1 cup is 62 calories according to MyFitnessPal and Calorie Counter website this usually calms my sweet tooth, or if you could drink water first! and then see if you still crave sweets. Last night about midnight i was craving sweets I was literally looking into the fridge to see if there was any candy but I know there isn't because i threw it all away lol .. so i grab couple of cherries and filled up my water bottle. I drank my water first and 5 minutes later I wasn't craving sweets... you could infuse your water to calm your sweets1

I enjoy having Chia pudding when a sweet craving strikes, at least I know that I'm getting some protein, carbs and all healthy.
1 cup of milk (I like almond)
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon of honey/ liquid sweetner
Mix and leave overnight - I make a weeks worth and leave it in the fridge.
Works out to about 100cals per serving depending on how big you make your servings.0 -
Honeydew melon! 250 g for 90 kcal and you get full plate of nice cubes (it is 250 g after all!)...perfect for summer and tastes so nice and sweet0
