My life changing transformation

Thanks for all the support. I will keep fighting!!! In 2013 doctors diagnosed me with PVD, a vascular disease that mostly affected my legs, leaving me almost unable to walk or at best only allowing me to be on my feet for periods no more than 30 mins at a time. My mother (RIP) and brother both had/have this. Swelling, unhealing wounds and all sorts of fun *kitten*. Couldn't play with my kids, couldn't do my favorite activities and was very depressed. I got bigger and bigger. I was once an avid skateboarder and now was laid up 95% of my day.
As more wounds starting showing up on my leg. Doctors gave me the option of amputating my left leg or try a surgery that would fix half the issues with my veins in my legs. (The later gave me more of a fighting chance). I told them *kitten* that, keeping my leg and I'll do the surgery. They did the surgery to some of the veins close to the surface of my leg but could not touch the ones below the muscles for fear of clotting so I still gotta worry about those and no lie this *kitten* fkn hurts! Enough pain sometimes to where you can't think straight or sleep at night.

In 2014 I started lifting weights and became addicted... I worked my *kitten* off everyday and still continue to do so, no weight loss surgery just weights and real food! I still have this disease today and I'm in constant pain but I'm fighting back. This is my progress from August 2014 to This week in June '16. Then 295 lbs and now standing steady at around 255 lbs at 6'3" with way more muscle. I'm nowhere near where I want to be, I'm a work in progress... Future goals are to become a personal trainer for people with physical disabilities and to enter my first bodybuilding competition.a6l2iokali1c.jpeg
