Feeling both frustrated and determined. I had an arthritis flare that lasted 2 weeks. Im back to. My normal and back tobthe gym today. My docceont do my knee replacements until I lose 30 pounds. Failure at weight loss is no longer an option. Determined more than ever now.

    You can do it. All we can do is just one day at a time and one ounce of fat at a time.
