Well I'm cutting currently for a beach holiday and am running at 3240 calories a day (dropping approx 4 ounces a day).. at the height of the bulk that preceded the cut I reached as high as 6300 calories a day

When I was in high school I wanted to be 6'0" tall and 200lbs... well..... I came up short on the height and I over shot the weight..... for now anyway. I'm 5'8".... and I have 22lbs to lose to get to 200.

I was 5ft 6.5 inches but I have shrunk I am now 5ft 5inches
