I'm heading to Marineland on Monday with my son and I wanted to bring some good snacks for myself. I plan to have a treat at the park if there's anything appealing but I want to stay relatively on track. I don't want to bring a cooler as we'll likely just have his stroller and maybe a backpack.

Suggestions?

    -Make some kale chips

-You could bring one of those blue ice pack things and put celery and carrot sticks

-An apple will probably be alright out of the fridge for a few hours

-Goldfish (or goldfish grahams if you want something sweet; the chocolate ones are excellent, and 130 calories for 50)
  • You can buy soft coolers that will fit in a backpack and then your snack choices increases. Drink lots of water, Marineland is a lot of walking. Have fun:)

when we went to Busch Gardens I packed natural fruit snacks, dark chocolate flavored almonds, fiber one bars and a bottle of G2 Gatorade. Reused bottle for ice water later. Don't know how Marineland is, but in the states the concession stands cannot deny you a free cup of ice water, so I would request an ice water to refill my bottle. Good luck & have fun!

All of those 100 calories packs are great. They are expensive but all the counting is done for you.
