Here I go again! I am a classic case of keep starting over and then giving up. Each day many things play in my mind about losing weight: I feel so heavy for my 5ft 2 frame, I need to lose about 50lbs to be healthy, I should be fit and trim, I have never made my health a priority, my weight is fine the way it is, weight gain happens as you age, my weight is no big deal as I look decent IN clothes, etc. I am tired of the back and forth inside my own head. I would like to focus on eating healthy and moving my body. I would like to take this one day at a time and not torture myself with what or who I fail to be. If you understand that battle, friend me. I am looking for like minded friends going through that SAME struggle and can be accountability partners. Friends who are not scared of eating food (over 1200 calories a day) and working out (walking counts). Yes- I would like cheerleaders in my corner as I too will be your cheerleader! It's time for a serious change in mental perspective!
