    Living large in Orlando, or use to be. February 7, 2015 @ 281 Lbs, June 14, 2016 @ 191 lbs. fitness pal helped track my calorie intake and avoid bad choices. While I have always believed bad choices make great stories, not when it comes to eating.

    Sebastian here ... I'm trying to lose weight to stay healthy. I had WLS in 2011 but fell off the wagon eating wise in 2014 ... I'm trying to get back down to my post surgical weight of 160.
