eating a lot.

Lately I've been wanting to eat a lot and eat everything in site. I want to slim down and lose more weight I'm just 10 to 15lbs away from where I wana be. And I don't know what I should do. Can anyone help me?

    How many calories are you eating per day? Are you eating back exercise calories at all?

    Try eating more meals, but smaller portions.

    I find protein fills me up and keeps me less hungry. Maybe tweak what you are eating and try more protein?

    Take a break and eat at maintenance for a month. Some people on this site have had a lot of success taking breaks to maintain their current weight loss, and then starting back up when they feel ready to start losing again. It's kind of brilliant, IMHO.

    I find that plantbased with some protein is fine doe me- I stay fuller longer bu adding lean protein sources but the veggies allow me to eat a LOT more-

    Have you ramped up your exercise recently? Every time I do more than I'm used to I'm starving the next 1-3 says.
