Hi everyone,
I was diagnosed with PCOS in October 2015 and after a long time feeling sorry for myself I've decided that I need to make a big change!
I'd love new friends on here who have PCOS themselves and are trying to lose weight. I have 6 stone to lose altogether and I struggle to stay motivated sometimes.
Please feel free to add me ☺️

Well.. hi!
I was diagnosed with PCOS in May of this year. I have a lot of comorbid conditions and some congenital heart problems. I didn't really have the opportunity to mope for too long, since the PCOS puts us at a higher risk for diabetes and all that good stuff.
I've lost ten pounds and am currently at a plateau. I also don't really know how PCOS affects the body's ability to lose weight given our insulin resistance, so after plateauing for a few weeks I've decided I need to count all my calories.
Phew.

Hi Paige. I was just diagnosed with PCOS as well. I am somewhat relieved to find out what it is because I had no idea what was going on with me. Feel free to add me!0
