Still gaining after surgeries. Blame it on steroids.

The more I gain, the less motivated I am and the less I want to move. The less I move, the more weight I gain. What a vicious circle.

    I hope you can get off the steroids soon; they help inflammation but if taken too long they slow healing and do a host of damage to tendons/ligaments, among other things. I'm struggling with motivation too and can only blame it on myself. I think we both need to stop waiting for motivation and just start doing it anyway. What do you say?
