Waist Fat

Does anyone know any beginners exercise/workout that helps lose waist fat? So far all I have been doing is cardio. The only thing I'm getting out of cardio is toned leg muscles & now I want to focus more on my waist. Any tips/advice will help!

I'm having the same problem. I've also reduced my calories to less than 2000 a day and I'm still fluffy in the middle0

Weight lifting or other strength training will help you reduce your body fat and maintain (possibly even gain) muscle. In my opinion, this has a greater effect on appearance than losing weight alone. As has been said though, you can't choose where you lose your weight.
