Bigger Biceps

I find that my biceps respond to short but high intensity lifting. I something do pyramid sets so all muscle fibres are ripped and I get the best work out possible. Don't forget to work on your lateral long head. I do hammer curls with good form

    don't forget your triceps, deltoids and lats - nothing worse than an unbalanced upper torso

    (well there's plenty worse in the scheme of things if I'm truly honest)

    oh and yes pull-ups


    (we are not mentioning compounds and leg day I assume :) )

    Do chin ups and rows as primary exercises impacting the biceps. Much better bang for the buck.
