Adding pics?

I'm pretty new and learning the system and I was wondering if there's anyway to add pics from my phone? I had a quote I wanted to use as my status but I couldn't figure it out??? Technology isn't always my friend lol. Anyone?

    Hi, where you write the post you will see the camera icon .. Click on in and click choose a file and pop up photo from library .. And you choose a foto that's it
