Mine is finding a happy medium between overeating ba foods and religiously eating super healthy foods! :). I'm an extremist for sure!

Mine is snacking! I get super munchie at random times of the day. I usually can stop it if I eat a good high protein snack instead of chips or whatever it is I'm craving.

Shopping. I tend to buy a lot of snacking foods than end up over eat and end up throwing out the rest. Getting better though.

Mine is CHOCOLATE. But I gave up dairy recently (less than 2 weeks ago) and every time I want chocolate I'm like "ohhh, well I can't eat it because dairy". Hahaha. Not that you cannot find dairy-free chocolate but the most convenient ones at the store have dairy, especially since I only like milk chocolate. Again, it's been 2 weeks so maybe I'll be munching on kit-kats tomorrow.

My boyfriend has the highest metabolism on earth I think, so after dinner he snacks like crazy! It's hard when I smell the chocolate soufflé to avoid snacking with him!

Being frustrated with my children for eating my ingredients before I've had the chance to use them in recipes... or being frustrated with my children because they'd rather eat pop tarts and sandwiches than whatever I've cooked.

when people at the office bring in donuts and high calorie snacks. I'm getting better at just saying no or limiting myself to one.

Mentality. Not letting discouragement turn me into a quitter. Cause I'm in this for the rest of my life. Regardless what others say, think, or do.

Ooohhh I'm most of these! Mine is just not buying a certain item, let's use a quart of ice cream, in my head I'm like you can handle just eating a serving size! But when it's Saturday and I've done my weigh in for the week it's LET'S EAT ALL THE ICE CREAM! Then I go through the whole, you knew better than to buy it cause THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS. so I manage to go a few weeks and then I can handle it this time, Nope nope nope!

It really wasn't losing the weight, it is keeping the weight off. 2-1/2 years on maintenance and it is still a struggle keeping my calories from going above maintenance and knowing that I will never be able to eat whatever I want, whenever I want to eat it.

My struggle is staying motivated. Having consistency and discipline. I am also a emotional eater so I eat for any reason.

I love love love to bake. Sometimes I do really well all week then the weekend rolls around and I make a layered chocolate bacon cake just because...I bet you can guess what happens next...I'll give you a hint; it doesn't involve cardio...

I just don't move enough lately. I used to walk more. On the good side it may work out in the long run. I am losing slowly now and perhaps I will find maintenance calories will give me more energy for walking and so I'll get a few more calories then, which will sure make it a little easier to think of this as a long term adventure, not just a short term weight loss thing.

I just love good, tasty, nutritious food. And I love to cook everything, and I like to eat a lot of it. But LCHF is helping me feel very satisfied and I'm already eating a lot less calories (believe it or not).

"Special" social occasions: Birthday celebrations, potluck dinners, BBQ's, and eating out. I try to plan but still overeat. I will sometimes take my own low calorie foods but when I see others eating something I would rather eat than what I brought, I give in and eat it, too.
I have a BBQ I am going to soon. This involves basically socialization, eating, and drinking. I do not know the other people all that well and I know that I often eat due to the awkwardness of those kind of events. No real "activities" other than eating and talking.

Hormones... I recently found out that I am perimenopausal and its making it much harder to maintain muscle mass and keep my weight down. Its like learning how to eat and work out from scratch
