30 day shred question

I just bought the 30day shred by Jillian Michaels. I know a lot of you love this video. Is there anyone out there that couldn't get through level 1??? It looks easy enough but I am so afraid I won't be able to do it.
Why don't that have big people doing those videos too so we know we are not alone and we can do it too? That why I loved the Sweatin to the Oldies w/Richard Simmons, the big people were there and if they can do it, so can I.

I just did level one for the third time... it's definitely not that easy. Sometimes I have to pause and take a 30 second break, and sometimes I can't do as many reps as the girls on the video. It's no big deal, just do your best and you'll eventually get to the point where it feels easier. It's a really great workout!0

I just did LEvel 1 Day 1 this afternoon... *whew* those reps are goign to make me sore tomorrow!

I have been doing the work out for about 2 weeks now and the first time I did it I couldn't even get through the first 30 seconds of jumping jacks Now I can do the whole thing...I have to push myself, but I can do it. Just be careful with all of the jumping....I started getting shin splints for the very first time after doing the video.0

I agree with what Julie1984 said. I just finished Level 1 for the first time and I wasn't able to do as many reps as the girls but I still feel like I got a great workout. Your body will get stronger as time goes by. Just remember not to push yourself too far. Jillian is good about telling you the proper way to do the moves so you don't hurt yourself. Good Luck!0

You will need a set of light hand weights and you're ready to go. If you have comcast cable you can watch it on demand for free.0
