    400 calories sounds a lot for this. I had a massive egg salad in a wrap for less than 300 cals.

    yum! i am in love with this idea on rice cakes!! Smoked salmon is one of my favorite things on planet earth ha ha!

    I do the same thing with a corn thin, whipped cream cheese and a slice of turkey breast. Comes out to 80 calories and deeeeelicious. :)

    I love that, but I use whole grain English muffins instead (or Kodiak power cakes). It's more nutritious.
